Pour the Rockfall, lime juice, sugar syrup, and Angostura bitters into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Top up with ginger beer as desired and give it a gentle stir. Add a sprig of mint or mint leaves. To wake up the mint and release the oils place the sprig in one hand and clap between your palms.
Serve with a wedge of lime and a straw.

Some people prefer a Stormy Rockfall with ginger ale and some like to leave out the citrus. This is the way Team Rockfall drinks it though but experiment and do what feels good.
