Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery to the UK

We aim to fulfil all orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday that same day. Orders received after this time will be sent the following working day. Orders made after 3pm on Friday will be sent on Monday morning. During peak times, busy periods and public holidays despatch of your product may take longer which will be advertised at point of purchase.

Standard free delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class who estimate 2-3 business days (this is currently affected by Covid 19 and post is disrupted and taking slightly longer, allow up to five business days) and longer during peak times and public holidays.

First class delivery is £3.50 and fulfilled by Royal Mail who estimate 1-2 business days (this is currently affected by Covid 19 and post is disrupted and taking slightly longer) and longer during peak times and public holidays.

By placing an order on our website you are confirming you are 18 years old or over. Delivery must only be accepted by someone 18 years or over.

Returns and Exchange


You may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. The product(s) must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging. Postage will be at the expense of the customer and a refund only issued if all of these terms are met to our satisfaction. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Your legal rights entitle you to cancel the contract between us and 1 (or more) of the following remedies, depending on when you notify us:

  • within 30 days’- if your products are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.
  • up to six (6) months’- if your products are faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced, then you may be entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
  • up to six (6) years’- if your products do not last a reasonable length of time, within a period of six (6) years’, you may be entitled to a part refund.

If a courier informs you that your delivery has been damaged in transit then please do not accept the goods. Please contact us immediately with the details.

Please check your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives. If receive a broken or damaged bottle(s), please e-mail us at returns@rockfallrum.com as soon as possible to discuss the exchange or return of this/these item(s).
