Rockfall Colada

Serves 2

Ingredients

50mls Rockfall Rum

Splash of coconut rum

50mls of coconut cream

50mls pineapple juice

3-4 chunks of fresh pineapple

Maraschino cherry to garnish

Method

Pour the Rockfall, coconut rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice into a blender.

Add the fresh pineapple and ice (lots of ice but less if you have frozen pineapple chunks). Blend until completely smooth.

Pour into a fancy Pina Colada glass or cocktail glass and add a cherry on top.

A Pina Colada is one of Team Rockfall’s most absolute favourite rum cocktails. We absolutely love them, yes we know it’s a summer holiday in a glass, but we quite honestly drink them all year round. Spiced rum gives the drink so much more depth than your average white or golden rum, so we absolutely recommend you use ultra-smooth Rockfall to make them extra delicious.
