25mls Rockfall Rum
25mls coffee liqueur
100mls cola
Guinness or stout
Wedge of lime
Method
Pour the Rockfall, coffee liqueur into a tall glass filled with ice. Then pour approximately 100mls of cola into the glass and stir very gently to combine the alcohol and the cola.
Top up with Guinness and add a wedge of lime to serve.
The Rockfall Guinness Black Russian is super easy to make, no cocktail shaker required and it includes some of our favourite ingredients. If you throw Rockfall, coffee liqueur and Coca-Cola in with Guinness then you are going to get a fairly incredible spiced rum cocktail result.
