Ingredients
25 mls Rockfall Rum
2 tsp Dulce de Leche or thick caramel
150 mls whole milk
50g milk chocolate (chopped)
Pinch of sea salt flakes
Method
First mix the Rockfall and the Dulche de Leche/Caramel all together in a small bowl.
Next heat the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat until simmering. Remove the pan and add the chocolate and stir until melted. Pop the pan back on the heat until warm, add the rum mixture and the sea salt.
Pour into a mug and serve. You could add whipped cream and marshmallows on the top for extra indulgence. Or double up on the Rockfall for an even bigger spiced rum kick. Enjoy as an after dinner indulgence or as a cold wintery mid-afternoon treat. What a dreamy chocolate and rum moment.
For a vegan version of this you could make a vegan dulche de leche, use a plant based milk and use vegan chocolate.
