Ingredients
50mls Rockfall Rum
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1-2 tsps demerara sugar
Squeeze of lime
Method
Add the Bitters, sugar, and a squeeze of lime to a mixing glass with a few ice cubes and give it a stir until the ice cubes have melted enough to dissolve the sugar.
Then put in a few more ice cubes, add half the Rockfall, and give it all a good stir. Place one large ice cube in an old fashioned glass (tumbler), and strain the drink over the ice cube. Squeeze the lime and drop it in.
Another simple spiced rum cocktail, we love this drink because it really shows off how beautiful Rockfall is in a cocktail. A classic Rocktail!
